Main Session & Youth Session
Jesus died between two criminals, bearing the shame of sinners while opening the way of salvation for you and me. Suspended between heaven and earth, between rejection and glory, between suffering and resurrection, He entered the deepest “between” mankind has ever known.
God often works in the “between.” Israel walked between Egypt and Canaan through a barren wilderness where faith was tested and hearts were shaped to trust Him daily.
We too, live in the “between” — between promise and fulfilment, sorrow and joy, weakness and redemption. It is often a painful place of waiting, tears, and uncertainty. Yet God never wastes the “between,” for there He prepares us for eternal glory.

1 John 3:1 says, ‘See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!’
It’s such a privilege to be God’s children that John has to emphasise it! We will spend time thinking about what this means, both from God’s point of view and our own. What is expected of us and what are the childlike qualities we should have – and maybe those we shouldn’t! And we’ll try and better understand the Lord God, not just the Sustainer and Creator of all things, but also our Abba, Father.

"Wrestling for God "
Youth Sessions
For the young peoples’ studies, I’m going to look nominally at Jacob, under the title ‘Wrestling for God’. However, Jacob is just our starting point, so it's more of a general study than a character one, look at how we need to stop wrestling with God and start wrestling for Him.
